The contents of these courses have their roots in ancient wisdom and nature and are as practically relevant today as they were thousands of years ago

Ayurveda (meaning the science/art of living life) is the lesser known sister science of yoga. It is its framework for identifying and understanding your unique and natural body/mind/spirit constitution that forms the basis for the food, daily habits, lifestyle and yoga practice suggestions that you will learn and move through in these courses.

By following these practices, I transformed my life 10 years ago into one where I live more authentically as myself. Every day I see how this practical wisdom supports my clients, students and family to that end, and I know these life navigation skills and tools can help you on your own individual path too.
